pampkin soup

I had already prepared a pumpkin soup , but I had not highlighted in this manner, hihihihi


the ingredients:
  • 1 whole pumpkin (about 1kg 500)
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • Salt and pepper
  • water
  • 20 cl of cream semi-thick

Method of preparation:
  1. Cut the pumpkin hat with a knife. Keep it.
  2. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
  3. Get the pumpkin flesh by scraping with a spoon, leave 1 cm of flesh or so, he must stand up, because we will use it as a soup tureen.
  4. In a casserole, put the meat, onions and sliced ​​potatoes cut into cubes.
  5. Cover with water. Add salt and pepper and a bouillon cube.
  6. Cook for 30 min. Let cool 15 to 20 minutes, then mix with the cream.
  7. Pour in the pumpkin emptied. Serve!
