- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups of almonds
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- Orange blossom water
Prepare the dough by mixing the ingredients to have a malleable dough, do not knead too much, otherwise the samsa will lose its crispness, let stand
Prepare the stuffing that should not be too sticky.
spread the dough , place it on the spicial cutter if you have one, place a spoonful of stuffing in each triangle, spread another ball, place it on the first layer and roll, and you have your small triangles, ready to go into fry.
Heat oil in a deep fryer, drop in 6 to 8 triangles te fry on a time
