Clafoutis with mashrooms

Hello everyone,

here is a delicious clafoutis with mashrooms, a recipe from my friend Denise, who is participating to the game I'm organizing: express cooking

quick Recipe idea, easy and cheap.

Personally, I make this recipe quite often, or as I'm back from work, shopping, in 15 minutes everything is done, and the result is satisfactory.

You can also do this clafoutis with leftover vegetables from a previous meal.

The result is the same: zucchini, carrots, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower (also extra).

* 200 g of Paris mushrooms or mixed mushrooms of different
* 1 shallot
* 3 eggs
* 15 ml milk
* 10 cl whipping cream
* 1 tablespoon cornstarch
* 15 g butter
* 20 g Parmesan cheese or grated cheese
* 1 tablespoon basil or herbes de provence
* Salt
* Pepper.


Peel and mince the shallot. Wash and cut mushrooms into thin slices.

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté the shallot for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes.

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add the cornflour, Parmesan or Gruyere cheese, basil or herbes de provence, milk and cream. Mix well with a whisk. Salt and pepper. I put a touch of cumin for extra flavor and is also very good for digestion.

Add mushrooms and shallots in the preparation and pour into a buttered and floured flat previously.

Bake 35 minutes 6 th (180 °).

This dish can be accompanied by fast green salad, a tomato salad or salad of your choice
