tagine olives stuffed with mince meat

Today I have prepared this tagine with olives to my little family, it's one of the most delicious tagines we can eat, although it takes time to stuff the olives with minced meat.
for the recipe you will need
chicken thighs
minced meat
pitted olives
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 table spoon of tomato puree
1 bay leaf
1 carrot
1 potato (kids like this)
1 egg white 
salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric, coriander powder + garlic 

Season the meat with salt, black pepper, chopped parsley,  garlic  egg white, leave aside.
Prepare a sauce, 
heat the olive oil on medium high heat. Add the chicken pieces, sprinkle lightly with salt
add the tomato puree, onion and garlic , cut the carrots into thin slices, add to the sauce, add the bay leaf, and season with other spices.
cover with enough water to cook the chicken.
stuff the olives with the minced meat 
and make balls with the remaining minced meat.
add olives and minced meat balls to the chicken sauce , cook for few minutes and enjoy.
